01 · The Partnership

Participation in the Affiliate Programme allows approved partners to introduce their audience to eligible azulomo products and receive commission on qualifying enrolments attributed to their unique affiliate link.

Approval is at the discretion of azulomo and does not create an employment, agency, joint venture or other formal representative relationship.

Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own content, channels, business activities, taxes and regulatory obligations.

02 · Represent azulomo Accurately

We want recommendations to be genuine. Any information you share about azulomo, The Slow Living Hosting Masterclass™, our products, pricing, offers or philosophy must be accurate and current.

Affiliates must not make misleading or unsubstantiated claims, guarantee particular results or suggest that participation in an azulomo programme will guarantee revenue, bookings, business growth or any other specific outcome.

04 · Affiliate Disclosure

Your relationship with azulomo must always be clear. Wherever an affiliate link, recommendation or promotional content appears, you are responsible for providing an appropriate and prominent disclosure that you may receive commission.

All promotional activity must comply with the advertising, consumer protection, privacy and disclosure requirements applicable to you and your audience.

05 · Your Affiliate Link

Approved affiliates receive an individual tracking link.

Commission is payable only on eligible transactions successfully attributed to your affiliate account in accordance with the tracking and attribution rules operated by azulomo and its affiliate platform.

Our standard attribution window is 90 days, although attribution may be affected by factors including browser settings, cookie consent, device changes and subsequent referral activity.

A click alone does not guarantee attribution or commission.

06 · Commission

Approved affiliates begin at the commission level confirmed by azulomo when their account is activated.

Our current partnership levels are:

Affiliate · 15%
Affiliate Plus · 20%
Partner · 30%
Ambassador · 40%

Progression is subject to the criteria published by azulomo and may also take account of the quality, consistency and alignment of the partnership. Commission applies only to qualifying, completed sales attributed to the affiliate.

07 · Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Commission is not earned on refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions.

Where commission has already been recorded or paid in relation to a transaction that is subsequently refunded, reversed or found to be ineligible, azulomo may deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payments where legally permitted.

09 · Offers & Discounts

Only discounts, offers or promotional codes expressly provided or approved by azulomo may be promoted.

Affiliates must not create, advertise or imply unauthorised discounts, expired promotions or offers that do not exist.

Commission arising from misleading or unauthorised promotional activity may be deemed ineligible.

10 · Paid Advertising

Affiliates may not bid on azulomo, azulomo trademarks, product names, misspellings or confusingly similar terms through paid search or other advertising platforms without prior written approval.

Affiliate advertising must not impersonate azulomo, direct users through misleading advertisements or create the impression that an affiliate advertisement is an official azulomo advertisement.

If you have an idea for a paid campaign, speak to us first.

11 · Our Brand

We want azulomo to sit naturally within your own work rather than asking you to imitate ours.

Approved logos, imagery, copy and other brand assets may be used solely for the purpose of promoting azulomo as an approved affiliate and in accordance with any brand guidance we provide.

Please do not alter our logos, reproduce our website, copy our visual identity or present yourself as azulomo or as an employee or authorised representative of the business.

All azulomo trademarks, content, intellectual property and brand assets remain the property of their respective owner.

Your platform should still feel unmistakably yours.

12 · Content & Intellectual Property

Affiliate status does not grant the right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, teach, repackage or incorporate azulomoprogrammes, frameworks, course materials, written content or other intellectual property into another product or service.

Access to The Slow Living Hosting Masterclass™ or other azulomo materials remains subject to the applicable purchase and usage terms.

Affiliate assets are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for approved promotional purposes only.

13 · Reselling

azulomo programmes and access may not be resold, transferred, bundled or incorporated into another paid product, membership, consultancy or service without prior written agreement from azulomo.

Affiliate links must be used to introduce customers to azulomo, not to create an unauthorised resale channel.

14 · Payments

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment and account information remains complete and accurate.

Payment timing, minimum thresholds and available payment methods will be communicated through the affiliate platform or your affiliate account. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or charges arising from commission received.

15 · Keeping You Informed

We may contact affiliates with information necessary to administer the programme, including changes to commission, programme terms, affiliate links, products and operational requirements.

We may also share optional campaign opportunities, new assets and partnership news.

Operational communications necessary to manage your affiliate relationship may continue while you participate in the programme.

16 · ENDING A PARTNERSHIP

Not every partnership will remain the right fit indefinitely.

azulomo may suspend or terminate participation where these terms are breached, promotional activity may harm the brand or its customers, fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected, or the partnership is otherwise no longer appropriate.

Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate this directly.

Termination ends your permission to use azulomo affiliate links and promotional assets. Any commission legitimately earned before termination will be handled in accordance with these terms, subject to any rights azulomo may have in relation to fraud, breach or ineligible transactions.

17 · Changes to the Programme

As azulomo develops, the Affiliate Programme may develop with it. We may update programme benefits, commission structures, qualifying products, attribution periods or these terms from time to time.

Where a change materially affects existing affiliates, we will aim to provide reasonable notice before it takes effect, except where an immediate change is necessary for legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.

18 · Responsibility & Liability

Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activity and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws, regulations and platform requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, azulomo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Programme, interruption or failure of third-party tracking systems, or an affiliate's own promotional activities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

19 · Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Affiliate Terms & Partnership Guidelines, and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them or participation in the azulomo Affiliate Programme, are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory legal rights that apply under Portuguese or European Union law.
