You may not use any azulomo Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, large language models, datasets, embeddings, retrieval systems, prompt libraries, knowledge bases or similar technologies without our prior written permission.

Licence

Accessing or purchasing azulomo Content grants you only a limited, personal licence to use that Content in accordance with the applicable Course Agreement, Website Terms of Use or other relevant legal policies.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by azulomo.

Third-Party Content

This Copyright Notice applies only to original Content created and owned by azulomo.

Third-party images, videos, trademarks, logos, software or other external content featured on our website or within our Courses remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence, with permission or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Protecting Our Work

We actively monitor unauthorised copying, sharing, redistribution and commercial misuse of our Content.

Where appropriate, azulomo may suspend or terminate access to Courses, issue copyright infringement notices, request the removal of infringing material, pursue takedown procedures or take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
