Welcome to azulomo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any training content, including courses, mini-courses, masterclasses, workbooks, and community spaces ("Courses") offered by azulomo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in or accessing any Course content, you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use any of our Courses.
Course Access & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental/guardian permission to enrol in any Course.
Your access is granted for personal use only and is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for breach of these Terms, without refund.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
Everything inside our Courses—from videos and workbooks to design, downloads, and branding—is the intellectual property of azulomo and protected by copyright.
When you enrol, you're getting access for your personal use only. That means you agree not to copy, share, reproduce, publish, or modify any of our content without written permission.
Please don’t share your login, repurpose our materials for your own business, or use our content in your own course or offering—that’s copyright infringement, and it may lead to legal action.
We’ve poured a lot of care into creating this experience, and we trust you’ll respect that care by keeping it protected and just for you.
Permitted Use
When you enrol in an azulomo Course, you’re granted a personal licence to access and enjoy the content for your own learning and growth. It’s non-exclusive, non-transferable, and just for you. That means you’re welcome to view, revisit, and implement the materials in your own hosting journey—but it doesn’t include:
Teaching or reselling the material to others
Uploading course content to public forums, websites, or social platforms
Using azulomo content as part of any programme, service, or commercial offering
In short: we’re thrilled to share this with you, but we ask that you keep it just for your own personal use and learning. Thanks for respecting the time, creativity, and care that goes into every part of what we create.
Account Creation
To access certain features of azulomo’s Courses or Services, you may be required to create an account and provide personal information such as your name, email address, and a secure password.
By creating an account, you agree that:
All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You will keep your login credentials secure and confidential
You will not impersonate another person or use an email address or identity that is not your own
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account
azulomo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have provided false information or are using the platform in breach of these Terms. We trust you to help keep this space respectful, secure, and aligned with the spirit of the course.
Access & Fair Use
We’re all about calm, clarity, and community—but just like any good host, we also reserve the right to say no if something doesn’t feel right.
azulomo may, at our sole discretion (and with kindness), refuse service to any person, order, or account if we believe it compromises the quality, integrity, or experience of what we offer. No drama, just boundaries.
We may also:
Limit the number of participants in any course, workshop, or masterclass
Restrict or revoke access if our content is misused, shared improperly, or our community standards are not upheld
Update, change, or discontinue parts of our site, services, or content without advance notice (though we’ll do our best to keep you informed)
These measures are here not to be harsh, but to protect the experience for everyone, keep things running smoothly, and ensure azulomo remains a thoughtful, high-integrity space.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and giving you access to your chosen course, mini-course, or masterclass. If anything looks off in that email, just let us know at hello@azulomo.com and we’ll get it sorted.
If you’ve signed up for a subscription-based service, your subscription will begin as soon as your payment goes through. Subscriptions renew automatically, and your card will be charged the amount shown at checkout—including any introductory or promotional pricing (if applicable).
Prices may change at the end of your billing cycle, but we’ll always give you a heads-up before anything changes.
For courses, workshops, or masterclasses that have limited spots or require approval, please note: payment doesn’t automatically guarantee your place. You’ll receive a separate confirmation email if you’ve been accepted.
If you’ve paid a deposit or the full amount for a service, azulomo reserves the right to decline or cancel that service at our discretion. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund — no fuss.
Pricing & Payment Options
azulomo offers both free and paid training courses, with all pricing, access details, and what’s included clearly explained at the time of enrolment—no surprises, no hidden extras.
When enrolling in a paid course, you can choose to:
Pay in full at checkout, or
Use a flexible three-month payment plan (if available)
By signing up, you agree to complete all instalments in your chosen plan. If a payment is missed or fails, your course access may be suspended or cancelled, and unfortunately, that won’t make you eligible for a refund.
We appreciate your commitment, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Promotions & Discounts
Every now and then, we like to sprinkle a little extra magic in the form of limited-time discounts or launch offers—just to make joining azulomo a little easier on the wallet.
That said, these promotions are like beach sunsets: beautiful, but brief. They’re only valid during the advertised timeframe and can’t be applied retroactively. So if you enrolled before or after the offer—thank you!—but we won’t be issuing partial refunds or price adjustments.

1. Mini Courses & Instant-Access Content:
For mini courses, downloads, and instant-access content: all sales are final. Once you’ve got access, we’re unable to offer refunds.
We encourage you to read the course description carefully, explore the details, and if you’re unsure, just drop us a message before enrolling—we’re happy to help you decide if it’s the right fit.
2. The Hosting Masterclass — Refund Policy:
30-Day Learn It + Apply It – Risk-Free Guarantee
We believe in The Hosting Masterclass and the difference it can make to your hosting journey. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee—if you’ve done the work and still feel it hasn’t delivered value, we’ll make it right.
This is a doing guarantee, not a “just-changed-my-mind” policy. It’s for those who fully engage and give the course an honest try. (It’s designed for learners who give it their best and still find it’s not the right fit—not for those who don’t take action)

Visuals or notes on styling adjustments or rebranding
Feedback from guests or early outcomes
(Optional but helpful): A short screen recording (e.g. using Loom) showing how you’ve applied the azulomo method ~ from discovery to post-stay
This helps us see how you’ve put the course into action and where it may not have delivered as expected, so we can better understand your experience and process your refund with care and fairness.
→ How to Request a Refund:
Email hello@azulomo.com within 30 days of your original purchase
Include your completed workbook and proof of implementation
(Optional but recommended): A short Loom video outlining how you’ve applied the course content
Include a brief note on why the course hasn’t worked for you and how we could improve
Please note: Requests made after 30 days or without the required materials will not be reviewed.
→ Refund Processing:
If your request meets the criteria, we’ll submit it to our payment processor. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
Just a few reminders:
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation
We don’t control how long your bank or platform takes to return the funds
If you’re on a payment plan, you are still responsible for completing all payments unless your refund is approved

If you sign up with no intention of taking action, this refund policy isn’t for you.
This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protect the integrity of the azulomo community.
→ Refund Agreement & Termination of Access:
If a refund is granted, all access to course content will end immediately. This includes videos, audio, downloads, templates, slides, and any member-only spaces.
You agree to delete or destroy all copies, digital or physical, and stop using the materials. Continued use after a refund is considered a breach of our Terms and may result in further action.
Because we offer a clear, upfront Refund Policy, we do not accept chargebacks or threats of chargebacks. Attempting to bypass this policy via your bank or payment provider is a breach of agreement and may result in loss of access to future azulomo programmes or legal follow-up.
Community Standards, Conduct, Confidentiality & Moderation
azulomo’s community spaces (whether part of a course, masterclass, or private group) are designed to be safe, respectful, and supportive environments. We encourage open sharing, thoughtful discussion, and peer connection, but we also ask all members to engage with care and integrity.
By participating in any azulomo community space, you agree to:
Be respectful, constructive, and kind in all interactions
Refrain from self-promotion or unsolicited sales unless explicitly permitted
Keep shared information confidential—what’s shared in the group stays in the group
Not share course materials or insights publicly or with non-participants
Respect each other’s experiences, privacy, and creative work
While we foster open dialogue, please note that we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality. Avoid sharing sensitive guest information, personal data, or business details in public or group settings unless you're comfortable doing so.
To protect the quality of learning and community connection, azulomo reserves the right to remove any content or participant that violates our values or these Terms—without refund. This includes, but is not limited to:
Disrespectful, discriminatory, or inflammatory language
Spam, unauthorised promotion, or excessive self-advertising
Content that infringes on intellectual property or personal privacy
Repeated negative, disruptive, or harmful behaviour
We’re here to build a kind, purposeful space; one that supports soulful, conscious hosting and growth. Everyone plays a part in that vibe, and your presence helps keep things warm, welcoming, and wonderfully human.
Certification & Badge Usage
Successful completion of selected azulomo Courses — such as The Hosting Masterclass — grants you the official azulomo Certification Badge and a unique registration number.
This badge is a mark of soulful, strategic hosting and can be proudly displayed on your website, social media, property listings (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), email signature, and industry directories. It signals trust, professionalism, and your commitment to calm, guest-centred hosting.
Authorised Use Only:
The badge may only be used by certified individuals.
It must not be altered, shared, or used by anyone who has not completed the required course.
azulomo monitors usage and reserves the right to revoke certification if used improperly or misleadingly.
Best practice use includes:
Linking the badge to azulomo.com or your certified host profile
Adding it to listings and marketing materials
Including it in your email footer (e.g. Certified in Soulful Hosting by azulomo)
Displaying the badge means more than showing credentials. It means your hosting is thoughtful, purposeful, and beautifully done.
No Endorsements, No Magic Wands
We’re here to guide, inspire, and share everything we know about soulful, guest-focused hosting. But enrolling in an azulomo course, masterclass, or earning a certification doesn’t mean we officially endorse your property, brand, or business.
We believe in what we teach — but there are no guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on you: your effort, your choices, your timeline, and your unique context. No two hosting journeys are ever the same.
So while we’ll give you the tools, it’s up to you to build something beautiful with them. And just to be clear, azulomo can’t be held responsible for the results you do (or don’t) get from applying what we share.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All azulomo Courses—free or paid—are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute business, legal, tax, or financial advice, and any decisions you make based on our content are entirely your own responsibility.
While we aim to provide support, clarity, and valuable strategy, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, earnings, or business success. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, implementation, timing, decisions, and circumstances.
By accessing our Courses, website, and services, you agree that azulomo shall not be liable under any circumstances for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
Loss of income, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data
Interruptions, system failures, delays, or technical issues in course delivery or platform functionality
Internet outages, third-party platform disruptions, or any unauthorised access to your information or content
Errors, omissions, or any consequences resulting from reliance on our content
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), even if azulomo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In short: We’re here to help you grow and host with more purpose, but we can’t promise guaranteed results—and we’re not responsible for circumstances outside our control.
Content You Share & Creative Rights
We love when you bring your ideas, insights, and creativity into the azulomo space—it’s part of what makes our community feel so alive. That said, a little housekeeping:
If you post, upload, or share anything in our community spaces (like the course platform, forums, or social media groups), you’re responsible for making sure it’s yours to share. That includes things like images, videos, templates, text, and any other creative work.
By sharing content, you confirm that:
You either created it yourself or have clear permission to share it
You’re not breaking any laws or stepping on someone else’s rights
You’re happy for azulomo to use, showcase, or reference your shared content inside our courses, site, or community spaces (with credit, of course!)
You’ll always retain full ownership of what you create. We don’t claim your work as ours—but by sharing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to feature it in ways that support learning, inspiration, or the community vibe.
If content you share turns out to be problematic (say, it infringes on someone else’s copyright), you agree to take responsibility, and to protect azulomo from any legal fallout.
And just so we’re all on the same page: azulomo reserves the right to remove anything that doesn’t feel aligned with our terms, spirit, or values—no hard feelings, just keeping things safe and sound for everyone.

Product Description

That said, we’re human (and occasionally under-caffeinated), so from time to time there may be minor errors in course descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to make corrections or updates at any time without prior notice.

General Legal Terms
Waiver
If azulomo decides not to enforce part of these Terms at any point, that doesn’t mean we’re giving it up forever. We’re just choosing not to act on it right now. Any official waiver would need to be made in writing to be valid.
Severability
If one part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable or not quite right legally, don’t worry—the rest still stands. One section being out of step won’t affect everything else.
Assignment
These Terms are just between you and azulomo. That means you can’t hand over, transfer, or share your rights under them without our written permission. If it hasn’t been approved by us, it doesn’t count.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Whilst azulomo currently operates with a temporary presence in the United Kingdom, our services are managed and delivered with the intention of full-time establishment in Portugal.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, unless otherwise required under applicable EU consumer protection laws or the local consumer laws of your country of residence.
