For more than two decades, my work has been shaped by a fascination with why people choose. Travel made me ask a different question: why do some places stay with us?

I began to realise that the places I remembered most weren't necessarily those that offered the most. They were the ones that understood what mattered. They changed our pace, made us feel something and gave us something we hadn't quite realised we needed.

That idea became azulomo, and ultimately Slow Living Hospitality™ a belief that when hospitality understands human value more deeply, it can create greater emotional and commercial value.
