Acceptance of this Agreement
This Course Agreement forms part of the legal agreement between you and azulomo.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing or using the Course, you confirm that:
you have read and understood this Agreement and the other legal policies that apply to your purchase;
you agree to be legally bound by them;
you understand that you are purchasing digital educational content;
where requested during checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to the Course following purchase, acknowledging that, where permitted by applicable law, this may affect your statutory cancellation rights once digital content has been supplied;
you are at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; and
the information you provide during enrolment is accurate.
This Agreement should be read together with our:
Together, these documents explain how the Course is delivered, how your information is handled and the rights and responsibilities that apply to both you and azulomo.
If there is any conflict between these documents, the document dealing specifically with that subject will take precedence.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase or access the Course.
Your Enrolment
Your enrolment grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the specific Course you purchased, solely for your own personal learning and use within your own hospitality business, subject to this Agreement.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, your enrolment may not be:
transferred to another person;
shared with colleagues, employees, business partners or family members;
resold;
sublicensed; or
used for commercial training of others.
Each student must purchase their own enrolment. Your licence does not permit access or use by employees, contractors, virtual assistants, agencies, franchisees, business partners or any other person unless expressly authorised by azulomo in writing. If multiple people require access, each person must purchase their own enrolment.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel an enrolment where reasonably necessary to protect the Masterclass, other students, our intellectual property or where fraud, misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.
What You Can Expect from azulomo
We're committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience that reflects the same care and attention we encourage you to create for your guests.
When you enrol, you can expect us to:
provide access to the specific Course you purchased;

maintain a secure online learning environment using reasonable care;
provide any student support included with your purchase;
continually improve the learning experience where we believe it adds value;
communicate honestly and respectfully; and
protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because hospitality, technology and industry best practice continue to evolve, we may update, improve, replace or retire lessons, examples or downloadable resources from time to time.
Any updates are provided at azulomo's discretion and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Your Responsibilities
To help maintain the quality of the Course and protect the experience for every student, you agree to:
use the Course lawfully and responsibly;
keep your account details secure;
not share your login credentials;
use your own judgement when applying the ideas taught;
comply with this Agreement and our related policies;
communicate respectfully with azulomo and other students;
provide accurate information when creating your account; and
respect the intellectual property contained within the Course.
You must not:
copy, reproduce or distribute Course materials;
upload Course content to websites, cloud storage or file-sharing platforms;
record, download or redistribute videos except where downloads are expressly provided;
remove copyright notices or branding;
use the Course to develop or deliver competing courses, memberships, workshops or training programmes;
You must not use any part of any azulomo Course, including its videos, text, downloads, templates, frameworks, companion guides or other educational materials, to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve artificial intelligence systems, large language models, machine-learning models, embeddings, retrieval systems, prompt libraries, datasets, knowledge bases or similar technologies without our prior written permission;
falsely represent yourself as acting on behalf of azulomo; or
engage in any activity that interferes with the operation, security or integrity of the learning platform.
You must not use any part of the Masterclass or any azulomo courses, including its videos, text, downloads, templates, frameworks or other materials, to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve artificial intelligence systems, large language models, machine-learning models, embeddings, retrieval systems, prompt libraries, datasets, knowledge bases or similar technologies without our prior written permission. You must not analyse, deconstruct, reverse engineer or systematically reproduce the structure, methodology, teaching approach or content of the Course for the purpose of creating a competing course, programme, workshop, membership or educational product.
The Course has been created through significant research and creative work. Respecting these rights allows us to continue improving the programme for the benefit of all students.
We encourage curiosity, experimentation and thoughtful implementation, but every decision you make within your own hospitality business remains your responsibility.
Payments
The price of the Course is the amount displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Payment must be successfully received before access is provided unless you've selected an approved payment plan offered by azulomo. Access remains conditional upon compliance with this Agreement and completion of any outstanding payment obligations.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
you are authorised to use the chosen payment method;
the payment information you provide is accurate; and
you agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Where taxes such as VAT or similar sales taxes apply, these will be charged in accordance with applicable laws.
We may offer promotional pricing, discounts or special offers from time to time. These apply only during the stated promotional period and cannot normally be applied to previous purchases.
Payment Plans
If you purchase the Course using a payment plan, you agree to pay every instalment on the agreed dates until the balance has been paid in full.
Choosing a payment plan does not reduce the total purchase price unless expressly stated.
If a payment fails, we may:
ask you to update your payment details;
retry the payment;
temporarily suspend access while payments remain overdue; or
cancel your enrolment if payments remain outstanding.
If your payment plan is cancelled due to non-payment, any future promotional pricing or discounts previously applied may also be withdrawn where permitted by law.
Any suspension of access does not cancel your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.
Ownership of your licence remains with azulomo until all amounts due have been paid in full.
Refunds
Because the Course provides immediate access to digital educational content, refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, purchases are non-refundable once access to the Course has been provided.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Lifetime Access
Where a Course is advertised as including Lifetime Access, your enrolment includes access to the version of the Course you purchased for as long as azulomo continues to own, operate and make that version available.
For the purposes of this Agreement, Lifetime Access means access for as long as azulomo continues to own, operate and make that version of the Course available. Lifetime Access refers to the lifetime of the Course, not the lifetime of the student.
Technology changes over time and we may move the Course to another learning platform. Where reasonably practicable, we'll transfer your access with minimal disruption.
Although we intend to support the Course for many years, we cannot guarantee that every platform, feature, lesson or downloadable resource will remain available indefinitely.
azulomo may replace, retire or discontinue individual lessons, downloads, bonuses, software integrations or platform features where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or update the Course. Such changes do not affect the overall nature of the educational programme.
If we retire the Course or any online courses provided by azulomo, we'll make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practicable.
Lifetime Access does not include future Courses, memberships, coaching programmes or other products unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Course remain the exclusive property of azulomo or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
videos;
audio;
written lessons;
companion guides;
worksheets;
templates;
downloads;
frameworks;
graphics;
branding;
logos;
course structure;
teaching methods; and
all original educational content.
Purchasing the Course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Your purchase grants only the limited licence described in this Agreement.
Except where permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you must not:
copy;
reproduce;
adapt;
translate;
modify;
publish;
distribute;
sell;
licence;
commercially exploit;
publicly display;
publicly perform; or
create derivative works based upon the Course.
These restrictions continue after your access to the Course ends.
The names "azulomo", "The Slow Living Hosting Masterclass™", associated logos, branding, graphics and other identifiers are trademarks or trade names belonging to azulomo or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
You must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, trademark, branding or proprietary notice contained within the Course or its accompanying materials.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Copyright Infringement
azulomo actively monitors unauthorised copying, sharing and distribution of Course materials. We reserve the right to investigate suspected infringement and take any appropriate legal action to protect our intellectual property.
Companion Guides and Downloads
Your enrolment may include downloadable resources such as companion guides, templates, worksheets, planning tools and reference materials.
You are responsible for securely storing any downloadable resources after downloading them. While we aim to make resources available through the learning platform, we cannot guarantee perpetual availability of every downloadable file.
These resources are provided for your own personal learning and use within your own hospitality business.
You may:
download them to your own devices;
print copies for your own use; and
revisit them throughout your hosting journey.
You may not:
share them with non-students;
upload them to public websites;
include them within another course;
remove branding or copyright notices;
resell them; or
distribute them in any form.
Where updated versions are released, they may replace earlier editions.
Updates are provided at azulomo's discretion.
Certification
Where certification forms part of your enrolment, we'll award a certificate once you've successfully met the published completion requirements.
azulomo may update certification requirements, assessment methods or certificate designs for future students without affecting certificates that have already been awarded.
Certification recognises successful completion of the applicable Course.
It does not:
constitute an academic qualification;
provide professional accreditation;
grant a licence to practise any regulated profession; or
guarantee business success, revenue, occupancy, guest reviews or any other commercial outcome.
You may display or share your certificate provided you represent it accurately.
We reserve the right to withdraw certification where it has been obtained or used fraudulently, dishonestly or in breach of this Agreement.
Certificates remain the property of azulomo and may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through fraud or dishonesty.
Student Support
Where student support is included with your enrolment, we'll make reasonable efforts to assist with questions relating to:
Course content;
learning resources;
technical access;
certification; and
your student account.
Student support does not include personalised consulting or one-to-one advice relating to your individual property, pricing, legal obligations, finances, taxation, architecture, interior design, business strategy or marketing unless expressly included with your purchase.
While we'll always aim to respond promptly during normal business hours, response times cannot be guaranteed.
Where live sessions, workshops or coaching calls are included, students may not record, reproduce or distribute those sessions without the prior written consent of azulomo.
Community Standards
If your enrolment includes access to community spaces, live sessions or discussion groups, you agree to contribute respectfully and professionally.
You must not engage in behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, misleading or disruptive.
You must also respect the privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property of other students.
Commercial advertising, unsolicited promotions and spam are not permitted without our written approval.
We reserve the right to moderate community content and, where reasonably necessary, suspend or remove access to community spaces if these standards are breached.
Removal from a community does not automatically terminate access to the Course itself.
Students should treat non-public community discussions, shared resources and other students' contributions as confidential unless the author has given permission for them to be shared elsewhere.
Educational Nature of Our Courses
The Slow Living Hosting Masterclass™ and any courses by azulomo are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Except where required by law, the Course is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and quality of the educational content, we do not warrant that it will meet every student's individual requirements or remain entirely free from errors.
The Course shares practical knowledge, frameworks, ideas and examples designed to help you make more informed decisions within your hospitality business. It is not personalised consulting and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, architectural, interior design or other professional advice.
Any references to pricing, occupancy, revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, reviews, direct bookings or business growth are provided to illustrate educational concepts only. They are not promises, guarantees or predictions of future results.
Every business is unique. The results you achieve will depend on many factors outside our control, including how you choose to implement the material.
You remain solely responsible for your own business decisions and for ensuring your property complies with all applicable laws, regulations and professional requirements.
Technology & Platform Availability
The Course is delivered through an online learning platform selected by azulomo.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
planned maintenance;
software updates;
security improvements;
internet outages;
failures of third-party providers;
technical faults; or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection and web browser.
Where downloadable resources are provided, we recommend saving copies for your own records once downloaded.
Temporary interruptions to the platform do not, by themselves, constitute a breach of this Agreement or entitle you to compensation, refunds or extensions, except where required by law.
The Course may contain links to third-party websites, software or services. These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement by azulomo. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party providers.
Suspension and Termination
We hope this section is never needed. However, we may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary to protect the Course, our students or our intellectual property.
We may suspend access without prior notice where reasonably necessary while investigating matters such as:
suspected account sharing;
unauthorised access;
suspected fraud;
security concerns;
misuse of Course materials; or
overdue payments under a payment plan.
We may permanently terminate your access if you:
seriously or repeatedly breach this Agreement;
unlawfully copy or distribute Course materials;
share your account with others;
infringe our intellectual property rights;
use the Course fraudulently or unlawfully;
materially disrupt the learning environment; or
engage in abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards azulomo or other students.
Where reasonably practicable, we'll normally provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access. However, we may act immediately where we reasonably believe urgent action is necessary.
Termination ends your licence to access the Course but does not affect any payment obligations already owed or any legal rights that continue after termination.
Where access is terminated because of your breach of this Agreement, refunds will not be provided unless required by applicable law.
We may also suspend or terminate access where reasonably required to comply with applicable laws, court orders or regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded, azulomo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the Course.
Subject to those rights, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
your use of the Course is at your own risk;
azulomo is not responsible for business decisions made using the educational content;
we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Course.
Where permitted by law, azulomo's total liability arising from your purchase or use of the Course will not exceed the total amount you paid for your enrolment.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless azulomo, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from:
your breach of this Agreement;
your unlawful use of the Course;
your infringement of intellectual property rights; or
your misuse of the educational content.
This clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This indemnity survives termination of this Agreement.
Force Majeure
azulomo will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government action, internet failures, cyber attacks, power outages or failures of third-party technology providers.
Where reasonably practicable, we'll take appropriate steps to minimise disruption and restore services as soon as possible.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Your information is used to:
manage your enrolment;
provide access to the Course;
process payments;
deliver support;
issue certification where applicable;
communicate important service information; and
improve our educational services.
Full details of how we collect, use and protect personal information are available in our Privacy Policy.
Where we use third-party service providers to deliver the Course, they process personal information only to the extent necessary to provide their services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Changes to the Course and this Agreement
We may update, improve or modify the Course from time to time to reflect improvements, industry developments, technological changes or legal requirements.
We may also update this Agreement where reasonably necessary.
If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before they take effect.
Minor administrative, editorial or legal updates may be made without individual notice.
The latest version of this Agreement will always be available through our website or learning platform.
Continued use of the Course after the updated Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of those changes, unless applicable law requires a different process.
