At azulomo, we believe purchasing a Course should feel clear, transparent and straightforward.

This Refund Policy explains how payments, payment plans, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks work when you purchase one of our online Courses or digital educational products.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By purchasing a Course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy together with our Course Agreement and other applicable legal policies.


This Refund Policy applies to all online Courses, masterclasses, mini-courses, digital educational products, downloadable resources and related learning materials provided by azulomo, unless a different refund policy is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Scope


Course Fees

The price payable for your Course is the amount displayed during checkout at the time your order is placed.

Prices may change from time to time without notice. Any changes apply only to future purchases and will not affect completed orders.

Where applicable, taxes such as VAT or similar sales taxes will be calculated during checkout in accordance with applicable laws.


Payment

Payment must be successfully received before access to your Course is provided unless you have selected an approved payment plan offered by azulomo. By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the chosen payment method;

  • the payment information you provide is accurate and complete; and

  • you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. azulomo does not store your complete payment card details.


Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to pay each instalment on the agreed payment dates until the balance has been paid in full.

Failure to complete an agreed payment plan does not revoke your obligation to pay the remaining balance owed under your purchase agreement.

Choosing a payment plan does not reduce the total purchase price unless expressly stated.

If an instalment cannot be collected, we may:

  • retry the payment;

  • ask you to update your payment details;

  • temporarily suspend access to your Course while payments remain overdue; or

  • cancel your enrolment if payments remain outstanding.

Suspension of access does not cancel your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a duplicate payment has been made in error, we'll investigate promptly and issue any refund that is due.

Ownership of your Course licence remains with azulomo until all payments have been received in full.


Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all purchases of azulomo Courses are final and non-refundable once access has been provided to the Course or any associated digital content, including videos, downloads, companion guides, templates, worksheets, workbooks or other digital educational materials.

This is because our Courses contain digital educational content that becomes immediately accessible after purchase.

We encourage every prospective student to carefully review the Course information and ask any questions before enrolling.


Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a duplicate payment has been made in error, we'll investigate promptly and issue any refund that is due.


Digital Content and Consumer Rights

Where permitted by applicable law, you expressly request immediate access to your digital Course following purchase.

By purchasing a Course and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, this may affect or end your statutory right to cancel once access has been provided.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


Money-Back Guarantees

From time to time, azulomo may offer a specific Course with a published money-back guarantee.

Where a guarantee is offered, the terms, eligibility requirements and claim period will be clearly described on the relevant Course sales page.

If no money-back guarantee is advertised for a particular Course, no voluntary guarantee applies.


Discounts, introductory pricing, promotional campaigns and limited-time offers apply only during the stated promotional period.

Promotional pricing cannot normally be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Pricing Errors

If a Course is advertised at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or administrative error, azulomo reserves the right to cancel the order before Course access is provided and issue a full refund of any amount paid.


Course purchases are personal and non-transferable unless azulomo expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Any exception is entirely at the discretion of azulomo.

Course Transfers


Cancellations

You are free to stop accessing your Course at any time.

However, choosing not to continue does not:

  • cancel your purchase;

  • release you from any agreed payment plan;

  • entitle you to a refund; or

  • affect any fees already due.


If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Submitting an unjustified chargeback after receiving access to the Course may constitute a breach of the Course Agreement.

Where a chargeback is raised, azulomo reserves the right to:

  • suspend access to the Course while the matter is investigated;

  • provide evidence of your purchase and Course access to the payment provider;

  • recover outstanding amounts where legally permitted; and

  • permanently terminate access where fraudulent activity is established.

Nothing in this section limits your legal right to dispute genuinely unauthorised transactions.

Where a chargeback is successfully reversed in favour of azulomo, access to the Course may remain suspended until any outstanding fees, chargeback costs or administrative charges have been resolved where permitted by law.

Chargebacks


Fraudulent Refund Requests

azulomo is committed to treating every customer fairly and expects the same in return.

If we reasonably believe that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, including repeated unjustified refund requests, chargeback abuse, payment fraud or other dishonest purchasing practices, we reserve the right to:

  • refuse future purchases or enrolments;

  • suspend or terminate access to existing Courses where permitted under the Course Agreement;

  • recover any outstanding amounts where legally permitted; and

  • take any other action reasonably necessary to protect azulomo, our students and our intellectual property.

Nothing in this section limits your legal right to raise a genuine payment dispute or exercise any consumer rights available under applicable law.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we'll normally make reasonable attempts to collect payment and may contact you to update your payment details.

Continued failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of your Course access in accordance with the Course Agreement.


Exceptional Circumstances

If azulomo is unable to provide the Course due to circumstances entirely within our control before Course access has been granted, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Any such decision will be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Questions Before Purchasing

We want you to feel completely confident before joining us.

If you're unsure whether a Course is right for you, we'd much rather answer your questions before you enrol than after you've purchased.

Purchasing an azulomo Course requires you to acknowledge certain terms before completing your order.

  • understand you are purchasing digital educational content; and

  • request immediate access to your Course following purchase, acknowledging that, where permitted by applicable law, this may affect your statutory cancellation rights once digital content has been supplied.
